About Kate

I work with ambitious professionals - neurotypical and neurodivergent alike - who are ready to achieve more in their careers.

My background as an educator and Google #IAmRemarkable facilitator isn't just relevant to career coaching - it's essential. I understand how people learn, how they develop skills, and how they advocate for their worth in professional environments. This foundation, combined with my Award in ADHD Coaching and comprehensive mental health training, means I can tailor my approach to how each individual's brain actually works.

Trusted as a speaker twice at Accountex on neurodiversity in the workplace, I've also been featured on neurodiversity podcasts and in Intuit campaigns. But my most important qualification comes from lived experience.

My Journey:

I achieved a 56% salary increase through strategic career positioning whilst navigating undiagnosed ADHD - the masking, the exhaustion, the constant feeling of being underestimated despite delivering exceptional results.

Getting diagnosed revolutionised how I coach. I learned that traditional workplace advice often fails because it assumes everyone's brain works the same way. It doesn't. Whether you're neurodivergent or neurotypical, generic "one-size-fits-all" career strategies rarely deliver results because they ignore how you actually think, learn, and perform at work.

I work with Access to Work clients. My coaching focuses on workplace performance, career development, and professional skills.
